1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Each product includes a detailed size chart with foot length measurements. We recommend measuring your baby’s foot from heel to toe and comparing with our chart. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up to allow room for growth.
6. Are your baby shoes safe for little feet?
Yes. All Littlevora shoes are designed with soft, flexible soles that support natural foot development. They are made with breathable, skin-friendly materials and are free from harmful chemicals.
7. What materials are your shoes made from?
We use premium, safe materials such as soft leather, breathable mesh, cotton canvas, and non-slip rubber soles. All materials are gentle on delicate baby skin.
8. Do the shoes have non-slip soles?
Yes. Most of our shoes feature soft, grippy soles designed to help babies and toddlers stay steady during their first steps and active play.
9. Are the shoes easy to put on and take off?
Yes. Many styles include convenient hook-and-loop straps (Velcro) or elastic openings for easy on and off.
10. Are your shoes suitable for newborns?
Yes. We offer soft booties and pre-walker shoes designed specifically for newborns and babies who are not yet walking.
11. How should I care for the shoes?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For machine-washable styles, wash on gentle cycle in cold water and air dry. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged or the wrong size?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
